Let' start by everyone repeating ServiPlus SUCKS. This is one of the Telebodega authorized service companies. My oven would not stay lit so I called ServiPlus on Friday and they said they would be there Saturday between 9 am & 3 pm. By 3:30 I was livid, having called at 3 pm to get the message that they closed on Saturdays at 2 pm. I left a note on the door with my cell and telling them to call and that I would be back in 5 minutes. NOTHING. Called yesterday and politely told my story and they said they would be here today between 9 am and 7 pm. I said under the circumstances of what happened Saturday that was not acceptable. Elisabeth Gutierrez then told me she would have the guy here before noon. Of course no one called or showed. Another call got a rude lady who told me that they did not give times and I would have to wait till as late as 7 pm. I left a note on the door and left and returned to the note being undisturbed. Called the Cust Svc number to find that they close at 6 pm M-F. That really sucks. I need another repair person to fix this thing so that I can make some budin de elote now that I have perfected my recipe. In the meantime I will continue to make appointments and not be here, or not answer the door, until they are good and pissed or figure out my deal. GRRRR Thanks for any Referrals you might have. Probably as simple as a thermostat but I have no patience for trying to fix something like this.
Don't have any recommendations, just wanted to say I share your pain... there is nothing more annoying than being told to expect someone within a HUGE range of time during the day, putting your life on hold to wait for said appointment only to have no one show up... repeatedly day after day... I can't tell you how many days of my life have been completely wasted waiting for cable guys, repair people, or telephone people who don't show up.... the "take it or leave it" mentality really gets on my nerves sometimes...
Well, out of the blue this morning the ServiPlus tecnico calls and says he can be at my place at 11:00 on the button. I said yes and he was. After the whopping $160 peso bill I asked when he got the service order. This damn morning if you can imagine. I actually went to Telebodega yesterday and first asked for another service company and they said they only used these characters. But Maggie promised me immediate action and delivered. I guess Telebodega is a better client than I am.
