Recommended Butler

My wife and I last year had a butler for the first time with our premier membership. I cannot recall his name but he was amazing. Can you guys help us out and let us know what butlers you recommend I'm hoping that his name will pop up and we will recommend them for our next upcoming trip. thanks everyone

Even when he wasn't assigned to me, Armando came by to say hello by name. No question he is set apart.

WE love both Armando and Memo (real name Jose). We have had both, sometimes at the same time too. I think we have Memo for our July trip, we are friends on FB and have his whatsapp info. Great guys!!

 

Are you able to request someone specifically ahead of time?

 

We do, our first time the butler was a no show, after that we got Armando through a friend's good experience with him. Then Armando suggested Memo when he was working at the Premier office (just for a few months). Now we just contact one or both of them ahead of our trip and get them assigned to us. We have already contacted Memo about our July trip.
