Too bad it's not available for next spring break. Maybe there will be another sale later this year. I will keep an eye out and keep everyone informed. $254 for the Villa. That's freaking cheap.

Good call Nico. I totally forgot. I'm a Plat with them since I always stay there for spring break. Once you make Plat (10 nights), you get free upgrades, late checkout, nightly bottles of water, etc too.

The price for villa is usually like $350-450 per night (after tax) and sales like this are rare. The single rooms are like $130-180 per night usually but if you are start looking early and are patient enough, you can usually get it for $80-90 after coupons. So from cost point of view, it's more economical to get 3 rooms instead. Also, each room gets one set of SelectGuest benefits, I think the villa only gets one too. Then there is issue of collecting a lot sum of money from people. We were seriously considering it this year, but we ended up getting single rooms because it ended up being much much cheaper.
