Have a high rise condo in hotel zone looking to sell. I understand there is no multiple listing so you unlike U. S. you don't list with one agent but connect with several agents to sell your place. If that is the case would like names and contact info to any sharp (preferably) bi-lingual agents who can hustle an upscale hotel zone condo. Would appreciate any thoughts on this as to expedite a quick and efficient sale.
