They keep the activities going by the sports bar, they will play that bean bag horseshoe game and other things to keep everyone occupied and out of the rain, they move a lot of games into the Dance club..In april they actually brought food and stuff for lunch in there during the games....so there is always something going on...to almost make you forget about rain, just listen for CHinos voice, cant miss it....lol
Reminds me of my first trip to TTR 5 years ago, I passed out drunk laying out on the beach, the waves were starting to lap at me and it started raining on me...it was still daytime. I went to check on my then husband and he had started a poker game with new friends in our room... The next day a heavy tropical storm hit (this was 1 month before Wilma) and everyone hung out in Nice Shoes and the alternative bar.
Our last trip there in April, it rained all or some of 6/7 days there... one afternoon we hung at the sexy pool bar on the "mushroom" pool seats- we were already wet so it didn't matter... the drinks kept on coming. Another afternoon we got to meet our next door neighbors - we had a first floor jacuzzi room and Lulu at the quiet pool bar, kept bringing us drinks over.
Last time we were there (almost three years ago) we were in the pool doing Chino stuff LOL (body shots I think it was... and dirty spanish class with Lalo) anyway, it started raining so Chinos just grabbed his mike and stood on the pool bar and kept the party going. We were already wet so no one cared
