If you're in the Cancun area and you'd like to have a guided tour of the Grand Oasis Viva then you are welcome to just turn up with no appointment necessary. At the main entrance ask for Valentina and, if she is not otherwise engaged, she will show you around. Valentina works 9-6 Mon-Sat. If Valentina is busy or in a meeting etc then I'm sure someone else will be on hand to give you a tour. If possible please try and go along with a few friends instead of in several groups of two so as to minimise the number of tours necessary. Please also try and mention you are from cancuncare How to get there GOV is at Km 8.5 which is opposite the Plaza Caracol shopping area on the ocean side. If coming from the downtown end by bus get off just before or at Plaza Caracol and head to the other side of the road. If coming from Km 9 onwards take the bus marked downtown and get off the bus at or just after Plaza Caracol and you will be on the correct side of the road. There are a few restaurants and bars in the area and also the shopping centre, so plan on a few hours and do some shopping or get a bite to eat while in the area.
