We have been looking at pictures on tripadvisor and most of the room pics look wonderful. Most look like this. If not is the second room the regular rooms and the nice rooms are an upgrade? Our tour operator only offers one room class and we really don't want to go if that is the room we will get. TIA
It will be more like the first two. The last three were either long before the current renovation or a different hotel. The rooms aren't incredibly fancy but they are pretty nice.
I agree, the rooms are nice but are not at the low level of the bottom 3 photos. alot of red and apples everywhere.
No, not all rooms have those sitting areas. I had a room with 2 balconies (IT WAS HUGE) and it had a queen size bed, and a sofa as well. The other rooms, from what I noticed, were just 2 beds (the standard hotel room)
The room pictured in the bottom 3 pictures is one of the suites. I was in that room once. Most rooms however are more standard with a bed, desk, and chair in the room. I believe all rooms have either a patio or a small balcony. In terms of decor, the rooms are all white with red accents like some red mood lighting and apples. I have always found them to be extremely clean.
I noticed in the pictures that a couple rooms face the beach in the main building. Does anybody know the room #'s to these rooms?
been going to TTR (or blue bay) for the last 12 years. have stayed in single , double, and all the diff suites. never seen a room like the bottom three. side note: jamie says the one of the bottom pictures (with the beds) looks like one of the old rooms that they had on the quiet side when it was plaza las glorias back in the 90s.
