Just read a thread concerning early check in at TTR, and made me wonder about our situation. We are flying out of Cancun at 4:30 pm. I am guessing that our Transfer will pick us up at about 1:30. TTR check out is at 11 am. What can we expect to pass the time. Will we be allowed to continue with our party or will we have to sit in the lobby until our transfer picks us up ? Should we be concern about additional fees for the late departure ? Anyone with experience with this situation please post here... thanks
Drop your bags off, check out ,, they cut your band , but give you slip of paper , you can eat and drink all you want,, go have Brunch , lunch, say your good bys,, it will be 130 before you know it ,,,..., actually a nice pick up time

just like the guys said. Checkout and give them your bags to hold. You can still swim in the pool and eat if you want.If i remember correctly you can shower at the spa before you leave too.
Not sure about the outdoor shower but I remember we had a late check out once they cut our bands off of us told us we still had run of the property until pickup. We were able to use the showers in the spa for a quick clean up had dinner and caught the bus to the airport. Hope that's still the case cause that was nice.
Late check out. We had a late check out on Wednesday. We weren't being picked up by USA Transfers until 4.30 pm so I asked at the desk & was given the room for free until noon & $10 per hour after. Hope this helps
We had the same experience as Daz a few years ago when in the same situation. The wife wanted access to our room and $10 an hour past noon was a bargain, happy wife happy life!!
Last year we just went back to our room, kept the do not disturb sign on the door and watched T.V. for a few more hours. We had a late flight.
