Most of us have some boundaries on what we will do or not do on holiday ... the topless thing does not phase Mindy what so ever and to be honest if i dropped it onto her that it was a special one off nudist week at the resort she would shrug her shoulders and just get nekid in a jiffy ,,,,,,,,, but this is where female logic tends to drift away from the better known male common sense ,,,,,,,, ( tin hat on lol ) ,,,,,, so if Mindy is happy to run around as naked as the day she was born then why when it comes to buying a bikini bottom for her I get the comment ''ooooh no,,,, i would like a bit more material than that please '' , fair enough im all for feeling happy in your self and to be honest it will be me who is more body conscious than anyone else by the pool . So in the interest of a science / female logic investigation last night I was the proud 'winner' of a very scanty micro mesh bikini on FleaBay ,,,, yes its new with all tags ,,,, so when the miniscule parcel drops on the floor in the next few days will it be dropped straight in the bin or will it be put on the pile in the spare room of 'stuff that is going to TTR ' or will it make the pile which is ' unlikely to be making the case ' , but if it does make it to TTR will she wear it for a day by the pool ,,, i suppose only time will tell :icon_mrgreen:
I think if you are naked, that's it, nothing to the imagination. But a scrap of material, tends to be more provocative? so not wanting to sound silly, you feel more under dressed and concious than being naked, I know where she is coming from, ridiculously, you are more concious about showing something that appears under the tiniest of strings, than being naked itself.........its a woman thing, and personally, I find a little to the imagination more sexy than seeing the whole goods on offer.
Sometimes us women can't even explain or understand our own mindset or thinking. I remember feeling very self conscious on lingerie night on our first trip. I couldn't explain it, especially since I was topless the majority of the day. Hopefully, it will make it into your luggage....always better to have it and not wear it than not having it and wanting to wear it.
Not always just a woman thing. I have no problem being naked as we do visit Desire. I wouldn't be caught dead wearing thong. Something about it just doesn't work for me.
That's why we have ordered 3 matching pairs of bikini bottoms for you girls, always thinking of you 3 :aktion030:
Every person is different in how they think and feel. For me, I was raised in a nudist family and was taught that nudity is natural. I never give it a second thought, however, lingerie or g-string is sexual.....almost like you're marketing yourself as sexy or dressing yourself up to attract sexual attention. Sometimes that's a difficult one for women to mentally work through. Just my two cents. I'd say bring it along. She may feel more comfortable once she's there than she does now. If not, no big deal. --Ginger
I think the fun part is pushing the boundaries. It is exciting, thrilling and almost like a game. Next week we return to cancun. For various reasons skipping TTR this time and doing Live Aqua (think upscale boring snoozeathon) and then Desire RM. We hear live Aqua allows topless but there is maybe 1 or 2 people topless or none. Jen says she plans to go topless w a wicked weasel thong so she gets minimal tan lines before being naked at pearl. I find the thought of her being topless and in a thong in a place like live Aqua thrilling. Where naked at Desire is ho hum, just the way it is supposed to be. It is being different and against what is 'the norm' that is fun and exciting. Bring the suit along and play it cool. The gamble is worth the possible benefit!
