Hello, We have a friend who was diagnosed with knee cancer 3 years ago and after all those rough years, chemotherapy and surgery after surgey to try to save his leg he finally realized that his best option was to lose his left leg from the knee down. That was 4 months ago and he's in a "positive" mood but still struggling with the fact that he lost his leg. He was a party animal (and still is at heart) but he's still depressed and I would love to invite him and her wife to Temptation next june. I know it'll help his self esteem a lot being around all the cool and prejudice-free people at TTR. Of all our friends they are the most open minded and fun couple we know and maybe by that time he'll be more comfortable and used to the idea of using a prothesis. In our four trips to TTR and Desire we have never seen someone without an arm or a leg (not sure of the name as english is not my main language) but I sure as hell wouldn't mind at all if someone had that condition. Well what I mean to ask is if it'll be ok if I convince him to go, is there a resort policy about this that you know of? Thanks!
in all of our trips down we have meet women with one breast ,no breasts due to cancer ,we have meet people with deformed hands ,lots of peeps with all kinds of so called problems and they always had the best attitude , I say come down so the world can see you kicked cancers ass !!! I will party with you ....and race ya to the bar !! (jeff)
Remember nobody knows you but they really do give a shit! Enjoy life to the fullest and get to TTR where as Jeff said the people have the best attitude. Krista & Brad

TTR will be the best medicine. we also have seen numerous missing body parts, and none of those people were not having a good time. Coming to TTR will be their best decision.

Best place ever for him. I am a cancer survivor also , 2 reconstructed breasts, my nipples are tattooed on and go topless. I have also seen 1 breast etc.. We all have 1 common goal. TO have as much fun as possible and I must say it is the place I fell most like my old self and is it May yet?
Just tell him you need two things to come to TTR... you can't be a turd...and you normally have to lift your own glass...but even on that last point you can get help when you least need it. Sounds to me TTR will kick start his old self!
No problem! Bring him down and he'll fit right in. It's all about the attitude at TTR. BTW, my friends at home call me Johnny9 (hence the Jnine title) because I lopped of a finger several years back. Made for a good story and it even helped me meet Stephie! I told her it was a bumper. Somehow she fell for the bull$#!t and it worked! Seriously though he'll love it
