Is the private cruise only for VIP members? I hear usually 10 people chip in to rent the boat...what's the best way to find out about it? Me and the hubby would love to take a trip and try some new things thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The yacht can only be signed out by members but doesn't mean you can't go out on the yacht. You just have to know a member who will be down there at the same time. Think it's only a 4 hour rental goes out in the morning and then the afternoon. Doesn't hurt to post a thread and ask if there are members going the same time as you and if they're thinking of going out on the yacht if they'd mind if you tag along. Usually everyone chips in for the cost of the rental and the tip for the crew. We've been there and there was one guy who had rented it walked around poolside asking if anyone wanted to head out the next morning. If I remember correctly the afternoons go quick because let's face it you get partying the night before head back to the room about 3-4 am do you really want to get back up for 7 to be on the yacht for 8.
We are thinking of renting the yacht for a few hours while there Jan 16-23 for my birthday. But I see you're not heading down the same time
Maybe someone who will be there next week will win the powerball lottery and buy they yacht for everyone to use.
We checked into the rental and it's only available in the mornings 8-noon the week we are there. It's booked all afternoon days. It's only $350 dollars which includes drinks and $400 if you wish to add appetizers. I asked what the rules were and they said short of breaking something or diving off the boat while moving (who would do that) ...not much. So, when we get there and see if anyone else would wish to join us that early in the morning, get naked and have fun... we may just take a cruise.
