Was wondering if Temptation has variable pricing based on the geography you book from? We have noticed this with other Cancun resorts...for example booking from Mexico, the UK or Canada was cheaper than booking from the US. Searched the forum a bit and didn't see mention of this. Thanks!
Ohhh this was an interesting one, took a quick look and used a couple of servers from other countries. Based in the uk I checked the prices from an American server, Canadian, Indian and Mexican. All of the servers apart from the Mexican resulted in the hotel website displaying the price in USD with the same rate, the Mexican server resulted in the website displaying the rate in Mexican pesos. I converted the USD rate to GBP and the Mexican Peso rate to GBP the rate itself turned out cheaper based on the Mexican Peso price by about £200.00 gbp. Search wise the price for a week in a lush room was 3,175.20 usd or 55,156 Mexican peso. Even converting the Peso to usd it worked out at 2,720 usd so a significant saving.... Short answer it appears they do alter it based on certain locations, i'd suggest the Mexicans get a better price.
