I just got a Groupon offer to stay at GOV for $149 per couple per night thru June 26th. Not sure if this is just a regional thing available to the West Coast but you may want to research it if you are thinking of visiting this resort
We booked a package flights and hotel thru orbitz.. ....after deducting the flight cost our room ended up costing $86 per night / per couple. Can't complain at all, although I did receive the groupon email today also for the $149 per night
For $86 a nite/couple, I would sleep in a pup tent and eat microwaved bologna just to be able to use GOVs great beach and ocean.
Eight days with airfare, all in for two, first week of April $2000. Traveling in on Monday, out on Tuesday. Not a spice room.
We paid $1,702 for 7 nights with direct flights on JetBlue ......flights alone are $550x2=$1,100 ,so we paid $602 for GOV for 7 nights which breaks down to $86 a day/couple........yea I am pretty sure I will drink $34 a day worth of drinks alone lol
That's a great price! Too bad they don't have that offer starting in March. We pairs ~100 a night more..
