I clean the filters for my sinks and fancy dan shower head about once a month. Doesn't take long and an old toothbrush is a good tool.

I also have a short hose for me water heater and after attaching it to the water heater I run the other end outside and last away.

Something I do less often is clean out the screen filters for my clothes washer. Matter of fact I just did it for the first time after noticing that the water was trickling into the tank. Cleaned both the cold and hots ones and now the water is gushing in really fast.

I also try to vacuum the bottom of my tinaco with my home made wet vac. I use a siphon style fish tank cleaner attached to a sufficiently long length of clea plastic tubing. I start the siphon and sort of vacuum the bottom of the tank and let the water run off the building.

    Any other good PM ideas?

Now's a good time to clean the fins on your AC, mini splits included. It's a pink acidic solution I have in my bodega...at the moment I can't recall the name. It's amazing, just amazing, how dirty those get. I think it's because we don't have exhaust fans here!
