We have to do a Premier tour/presentation during our trip at 8:30 am...this was part of our package deal.. Does anyone know how long this takes? Also, is it high pressure?
That sucks! I told the girl off in the lobby, she repeatidly called us early morning and wouldn`t give up until we came to see her. I just sat down and told her we didnt want to buy anything and she got upset. JUST SAY NO!
We are doing the same thing because of our package deal too.....We plan on just telling them that we do not make decisions about time shares until we have been at the resort at least 3 times and we can see how it "really" is.....so they still treat us nice and don't bother us after the presentation! I hear it is about an hour and a half! Terri
Well I've been 4x and they've never asked me to do a tour before, but I agreed to it in advance this time as we got an excellent package deal, so I don't mind doing it... 1 1/2 hrs is not bad...8:30 is early, do they serve coffee? lol...
You guys get in on the 11th....what day did they schedule your tour for? And yes, I think they offer "breakfast/coffee/cocktails" . We saved a ton of money booking this with our initial package too.... figured saving about $1000 or more is worth an hour and a half of our time
We did it last year when there. It's really not that high pressured. I know a lot of people complain about them. But, if you're not clear or unsure or undecided, then of course they are going to pick up on it, and do everything they can to convince (or others say pressure) you and it will take longer. I would plan on 2 hours minimum. We always have so much fun with our time share presentations, and usually end up making good friends with our salesperson. Last year we had a very attractive lady and shared lots of fun stories of our vacations to TTR and other places. First thing you'll do is have breakfast with them at the buffet, then you'll do the presentation. Then you go up to the members bar, and they'll get you whatever you want to drink, and they give you anything top shelf that you want, (grey goose, don julio, etc). We also got $150 cash to do ours, but they never pestered us or kept calling us. Have fun, enjoy meeting new people, and if you don't want to buy, don't be wishy washy about it, and tell them you've only got 5 days there, and you don't want to miss anymore of it.
Wow thanks for the info...2 hrs isn't bad, still plenty of time for the days events and activities, since were getting an early start....Top Shelf, awesome! I guess we will be getting a buzz early!
Who did you book thru? The resort? Don't remember you saying anything about it when we were all trying to book.
