Was anyone able to reserve their room in advance? When we signed up with Premier, our understanding was that we could reserve a particular room in advance. However, when we made our reservations back in November, we tried to give them 6 rooms we were interested in staying in. We were told that they could not reserve a room ahead of time. Did other people have this problem? Any tips or tricks to try? Has anyone tried contacting their previous butler to see if they can reserve the room for us? We are headed back in mid April?
We have given the the rooms that we would like to stay in. Premier has always told us that it depends on availability upon check in. TTR has done a great job of providing us the with one of our request every year.
I think you heard or interpreted incorrectly. You are guaranteed a room of the class/type of your contract or an upgrade if not available. It is always based on availability. Now at check in the slip of a tip might help with a particular room number or building. Yes, we have our favorite rooms too.
