We are using our membership for the first time in May. I have a question about the payment - Since I put in all our information in when I reserved it will they charge my card on the payment due date or do I have to call and give them the information again? When I called the 1-800 number I was even more confused. Thanks for any help with this. Ready for the Beach/Sun big time! Sara

We have used our membership a few times, first charge is only(usually) a deposit, the remainder is due 30 days before arrival, they contact you for payment. We do all our booking etc. via email, much faster response (but remember this is mexico) and sometimes easier to understand. Hopefully this helps, any other questions, we'll try to help you. P & C
I did get an email on the 30 days before and booked online... was very easy. We will use it again in Oct only in cancun.
