I think one should make working out part of their everyday lifestyle. I'm one of those who goes to the gym 5-6 days per week to do weight training and spinning. That being said, I admit I like to eat and drink like a normal person. Before a recent Cancun trip I used a product known as Lean System 7 to lose some extra pounds and I experienced good results.

For those of you who like to use diet supplements to assist in weight loss, especially in advance of a trip, I just wanted to put that out there to get viewpoints on this topic. Have you used diet products? How did they work for you? Would you use them again?

    Say NO to crash diets,

I used metabolife about 6 years ago and had fantastic results :D :D

Then you had fools who weren't using it properly and they took it off the market

Did you ever try metabolife....is this product similar :?:

So that's where my post went...

Sorry I didn't respond, somehow this post got moved and I couldn't find it.

To answer your questions, a few years back I used a product with Ephedra, I think it was called Xanodrene but I'm not sure. It worked very well for me and I had no side effects. It strikes me as strange how obesity kills so many people each year and Ephedra was taken off the market after it reportedly was responsible for the deaths of just about 1,000 people. How many people pass away from being overweight? Yet Tobacco products are blamed for more than 1,000 deaths per day in the US alone and cigarettes are sold everywhere, go figure.

Ephedrin is banned by the FDA, and isn't allowed iN Canada either. Those drugs had issues effecting the heart.

They are dangerous. Especially for the people who take them and don't both to exercise with them..

I think supplements are silly, in my opinion, and I htink they are dangerous..To each their own of course.

I think eating sensibly, and working out is the best medicine to take.

    Weight Watchers works people!
