Ok...so the last of our party arrives at the airport around 3:30...figure by 5 we are at TTR. What are our non-reservation food options for pre-Lingerie/cock-sock night sustenance? The embarcadero? Is that the buffet? Will need carbs to make it through the night...

Maybe some of your friends here that arrives before you can make reservations for themselves + a couple more? That is if you want to eat at one of the reservation only places.

Yes, El Embarcadero is the buffet restaurant, although breakfast is the best time to go there. We prefer eating dinner at Margarita's when we don't have a reservation anywhere. They have very good food at Margarita's like BBQ Pork ribs. They are closed from 6:00pm-7:00pm to prepare for dinner, and the only dress requirement is that you have shirt, sandals, and shorts on. We also eat lunch at Margarita's every day.

Some of my best meals at TTR have been at the seafood place, which is also no reservations required. Usually about a 30-45 min wait at dinnertime.

Margarita's is indeed good... it's nice to be able to be casual and still get served. We also do lunch there in the late afternoon.... although I miss their shrimp cocktail they used to have.
