I thought it was worst then that. But then for the whole weekend I just took 1 pound back ( so still lost 9.2 pounds )
I'm happy. Don't make my objectif for this week, but I lost 1.2 pounds since yesterday for a total of 10.4 pounds. = ) I'm on the good way tho

Started at 178 and now 171 lbs going into another trip on Friday. My goal 140 lbs. when I come back I am going back to morning workouts. For some shifts that means 2:30 am workouts. I used to be so much better if I worked out before 8:00 am so I am going back to that, no more going ah I had a rough day at work. I am coming first. This girl is gonna come back. We have a trip in December and one in April so I have a lot to work for and a lot of motivation. 170 anything is not where I am staying at all. I am very comfortable at 150 and 140 even better.

Personally, I don't like the scale. I workout regularly and measure my success in three ways: 1- How my clothes fit. 2- How I feel. 3- How my wife reacts to me. I am not saying that I don't have a certain weight in my mind, muscle weighs more than fat and you have to account for that. I look forward to having a great time in December!!
Oh sweeety. I don't do that for Temptation I'm doing this for myself, for my health. When you wake up on the morning and just walking give your knee a hard time ... 193.4 not offficial this morning ! Can't wait for next week. I have picture before and after ! I should take one next week after a month on the program I bough a Keurig yesterday, wha a smart way to not spend money ( I got it for free thanks cashier )
