How do the pool towels work? Read something on here about a "card". Can you get more then one at a time?

One card per guest. if you have two cards (ie yours and the other half's) they will give you two towels and you sign for the towels as well. We just exchange towels at the end of the day or first thing in the morning if need be.

On our last trip, when we put our towels out first thing in the morning (6 am or so), the towel guy exchanged the towels for new ones and even tucked them in the lounger for us. Needles to say he got tipped quite well by our group.

Last trip, Nov., they had done away with the cards and just took down your room # and name. So make sure you can remember both! Depending on supply, they would give you what you asked for. They ran out of towels sometimes though.

Little side note showing why we loved this placed. Went in early December. One afternoon I didn't feel well and went back to the room. Marlene didn't know that she was supposed to bring the towels back to the room and left them by the pool. When we went out to dinner, I realized we had no towels and said uh-oh. No towels around the pool. Went to towel hut and explained to the guy there what happened and he just found my slip and put down that the towels were returned. He said to sign for new one's the next day. I think I saw that lost towels would be charged $50 each which is a little ridiculous. Nice guy who was tipped nicely as well.
