We are actually arriving on Saturday, and hoping to start the party right away!artytime: I see there is a pool party on Saturday...what time is it? We have been scouring the net for a flight to get us in early in the day, but since we are actually leaving from LAX, its a total PITA. We are probably going to fly Virgin :uk1hehe, I giggle a little every time i associate myself with Virgin) non-stop, but it arrives at 5:30PM...Can we get our hopes up for a little night time sexy pool action the first night? I can get liquored and ready for free on the international flight:daveandmo:!! ( I think the beer has taken over my ability to resist emotiticons....sorry)
You should be good..Pool party doesnt really take off until around 10 or so... when we flew from LA we overnighted in dallas so we could get there early.
Thanks for the reply! We looked into that...but it seems like such a PITA, get off a flight, go to hotel, back on flight in AM..Was there somewhere close to the Airport that you stayed at?
Since you are coming in at that time...sure run to the pool...its fun.......but it is also the same party all afternoon every other day. Fun...no doubt, but not unique. BRING YOUR OWN INSULTED CUP. We brought ours from Dunkin Donuts and IT. WAS. AWESOME!! Big fat tastys.
It really didn't get started until 11. They have a "show" with dancers and lip synchers. We didn't last past that as we went pretty hard all day and are not as young as we used to be lol. Heard it was a great time though. Next trip we will def make sure we have enough energy for it!They also had a daytime "guest dj" and that was pretty cool too. Have a great time!
Thanks for the info! I had my hopes up it was actually everyone still swimming and drinking in the pool at night, but based on the replies and a video I found, its just a a party AT the pool...Oh well, that sounds fun anyway, a night outside of Patty O's!
people were swimming. But a good tip is to head over to the hot tubs before the show ends bc they filled up quick!
The Saturday night pool party is a really good time, depending on the crowd. We got dressed for dinner and headed to the party. After the little show they put on , most people stripped out of their clothes and were in the pool in their underwear. It was a blast. Party ends about 1am, awesome time
