Plush Jaquizzi Room

    we are travelling for the first time to TTR on 2nd march from the uk and we have a plush jaquizzi room and been having a nosy on TTR website and it says with this room you have pool and beach concierge what does this mean if anyone could tell me please

    I think that is the guy who hands out towels at the towel hut LOL.

    In Jacuzzi rooms you have your own private Jacuzzi not sure why it would say pool. The Quiet Pool is just a few steps away from that room type. Never heard of a beach concierge but like the post above its probably the towel guys.
