Are the plush jacuzzi rooms all at ground level? We will be coming in September, just curious if we will be climbing stairs to get to our room or not. TIA for the responses

The only complaint I had with the Jacuzzi rooms is the noise. Sports bar is down the hall and being tile floor with gaps under the doors, it was noisy very late into the night. Then awoken a couple hours later by staff pushing carts down the hallway (thumping inbetween each tile). Might be better Jacuzzi room locations, but I've stayed away ever since that experience.
Our first room we got for our first trip was like that… 7329… awful. We got transferred to 7319 afterwards and it was amazing!
That number sounds really familiar. I think we might have had the same room. I’m not one to complain so I pretty much just sucked it up. As much as I’d like to try it again (in a better location), my luck would be that I get stuck with the same or worse and no availability to move. Haha
