First time it happens, my screen turned 90 degrees all of a sudden, I was emailing, I touched nothing except my keyboard (for what I know there is not such an option  ). I tried the menu on the screen, no success. I rebooted it, the first screens appear normal, then Windows is "in bed".

So, to work a little more, I laid it on its side, not sure it likes it, but for sure I don't, it is tiring!

    Anyone has an idea? Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeze!!!
    thanks a lot

Try ctrl+alt+up arrow and see if it does anything.

If not, go to the control panel, then Display settings, and see if there is an "orientation" (or similar) section.... if there is, you may be able to change it back, it would be rare if it was the monitor itself malfunctioning.

Great, great, thanks a million times, the ctrl-alt-up worked, not sure in control panel.. there is a troubleshooting, but it is usually useless, do you know why it did that? ALONE???

Most likely you accidentally pressed the key combo and set it, or it may have been some program that created an error. either way glad to be of help.
