Was just there last week The Playboy casino is walking distance from Temptations Resort. They charge $20 USD one time per person to "join" the club. The afternoon I was there, they only had one blackjack table open. They had craps, Texas hold 'em, and roulette, but no dealers. I understand they have only been open for three months. They also have quite a few slot machines, but not the ones you see in Vegas. You also have to purchase your drinks I found out the next day that there are two other casinos in downtown Cancun that do not charge a cover charge. Good luck,
