New to this forum =) I'm going to Playa Del Carmen during July 4th weekend how will the weather be by then? iv been keeping a eye on the weather and shows rain / thunderstorm been like that for more then 2 weeks is there a hurricane going on over there right now? is there any weather site that will show more details on hurricane & weather for Playa Del Carmen Thank You!
Hot That is typical but in reality the weather moves through the area very quickly so "if" you do get some rain it usually only lasts for a short time Nope, not even close to hurricane season Easy, just look at one of the live Webcams from Playa del Carmen(such as the one below) anytime through the day and you can see for yourself what the weather is doing :icon_lol:

It has rained the last two days, today steady and it did not stop at all till about 9 pm. There is a good chance of rain every day this time of year, but NORMALLY it is a quick shower. It is the early part of hurricane season but as Lime said, there are none at all in play. But there is a huge storm in the Gulf that is dumping lots of rain here now. Your chances of a great trip are excellent, unless some tropical storm manifests from somewhere.
