Anyone know of places that can be rented in the hotel zone, condo type apartments fully furnished with internet on a month-month. Probably looking to just go for a month or two this winter. Any info or links appreciated.

The electrical bill could be from 50 to 400 USD depending on how heavy you run the ac unit. Nov. to March the weather is very comfortable that you wouldn't have to use the ac as much.
