Piano Bar

The latest review on TA says the piano bar was good.
Have been twice and never seen one, did I miss this?

 

It is something brand new.

 

Where did they put it?

 

Maybe where the old cigar lounge was.

We were in the Cigar lounge at the end of January, there was nothing in there at all. Looked like it was abandoned forever. I think they did Duelling Pianos while we were there, but we missed it.

 

There was a nice lady pianist who played a couple of spots in nice shoes after the nightly entertainment whilst we were there in January. She played maybe 10pm - 11pm? She was lovely - and very talented. She does spots at a few hotels, and Temtpation is about twice a week I think. This might have been what they were talking about.

 

Where the hell is the cigar lounge?

 

Great question! Our first time there we tried finding it on our own and it took us about 10-15 minutes to find it (we were really determined!). I think it's by the rooms that are close to the street (2000 block or 4000 block?). There are no signs and we kind of wondered into the place. To be honest it would probably take me another 5-10 minutes to find it again.

Once we did find the cigar lounge there was hardly anyone there and it was pretty dull, so we left after a few minutes.

 

The cigar lounge is no longer used. It is by the 4000 block. From the hallway by 5220 you look right down into the bar. That is how we found it...lol
