We’ll be at Desire Pearl for one week, from Tuesday 26th December (the day after Christmas) until Tuesday 2nd January (the day after New Year’s Day). We’re looking forward to meeting up with old friends and making some new ones. There tend to be some people who go the same week every year, so I expect we’ll see some familiar faces, but meeting new people is nice too. The first year we went to Desire we chatted in advance with a couple we met through an Internet forum, and the evening we arrived at Desire they met up with us for drinks at the Jacuzzi bar and made us feel really welcome. Even though we got to know other people during our stay, it was really nice to know at least one couple the night we arrived, so we didn’t feel totally alone in an unfamiliar place.
