Ok so my friend and I are going to Cancun June 4th, I have my passport yet she just put in her Application 2 weeks ago. With this whole govt shut down will they cease all passport applications currently being processed,or just not accept new applications?

She is now freaking out as we are 2 months away from our trip....:confused::confused:
