I've seen information about the party hopper night life tour bus. Is this a good idea or is there an option to go out to the bars with the temptaion staff. The cost was $75 pp. I wasnt sure if this was a deal or not. I have heard that CoCo Bongo needs its own full night. so what to do fellow CCC members?:aktion030:
Coco Bongos is amazing! Ill be going there one of the nights with the hotel, if your group fancy it. Otherwise Im going to see what all this fuss about Paty O's is all about!
It's good to get off the resort for a night especially if you like clubs, club music, the party scene, and a younger crowd. There are way more dudes than ladies so the ratio at the clubs in Cancun are heavily skewed toward drunken 20 - 28yr old men. Yes, the outdoor club at Temptation is fun, but change is not a bad thing and since you don't depart from Temptation until 11pm or so, you can still party and then have an awesome night out. We had a blast at The City last October and plan to hit another one this next trip. Cost is usually $50/pp for open bar/bottle service and transportation to the club. City bus is $1 and will take you home, its very safe!

I've done the clubs on past trips...but Paty O's is memorable every night I'm there, so I only leave the resort for the Boobs Cruises anymore. Everyone's tastes are different, and the clubs are an absolutely cool experience...I just think it's more fun to stay at TTR. If you go with the staff, you get a ride there, admission and AYCD at the club. You need to take a cab home, and I'd recommend hooking up with another couple or two for that. The bus at bar time is not something you'll want to try. It will be 99% locals going home from work, standing room only and easy to miss your bus stop at the hotel.
Patio o is always fun, never ventured off to the clubs but are thinking of giving it a try this October.
Patty-O's is much much better for socializing.. the clubs downtown are great for dancing. First year I went to the clubs a few times and had a blast! They pump the music crazy loud but that's what they're there for. Second year I didn't leave the resort for the entire 2 weeks (less a whale shark swim) and I had an amazing time. This year going for 10 nights and plan on 2 club nights: one during the first weekend were there... and another left up in the air.
