Well the time has finally arrived where we are packing our things and I (Rob) have a question. Should I pack pants at all? I can't remember what I wore for supper and evening when we were there in Feb. I know I packed nice Vegas style clothing but don't remember if I wore it because of the heat. Thanks for the help.
Chris always packs one pair of pants in case they give him a hard time but he hasnt worn them since our first trip in 2009.
I would recommend it. I always bring multiple pairs to wear at the specialty restaurants. If the ladies take time to look nice, it wont kill me to throw on some pants... <I can hear the collective growns from women around the world imagining me with with pants, but don't worry ladies, they come off just as quick! :icon_mrgreen:>
I agree with you. I'm not opposed to putting in effort either, but I am having a hard time thinking about the heat and humidity. After all, we are from Canada eh.
Ive allways brought a couple of good long pants if I wear them is another thing, but I also bring some light weight long pants that you can wear even in the heat which I do end up wearing as light loose and comfy.
I always pack one or two pairs and where them whenever the misses wants to get dressed up for dinner. The restaurants have AC so it's only the walk there and back that it's hot. After eating I normally change back to shorts (or theme night outfit).
I have stopped bringing pants as I never wear them. I weigh my personal aversion to wearing them when it's hot enough to wear shorts against the possibility the food in a place is so awesome I'll forget I'm wearing pants, somewhere I can wear shorts usually wins out. I've also done some extensive studies and the quality of the clothing other diners are wearing has absolutely no effect on the taste of my food or the quality of my evening, go figure Also, I'm from Canada. If it's hot enough to wear shorts and you don't, it's an opportunity lost lol
I bring them every time and have yet to wear them. We usually eat at the buffet though so I have no experience at the speciality restaurants. We go in the summer months and its just too dam hot for pants.
