Hi folks.....I'd like to know all of the ramifications of owning a motorbike because I'm thinking of buying one. However, I don't have an FM3. MAYBE THAT ENDS THAT! But assuming it doesn't - how do I get a permit, licence, and insurance? Also, are any of the 2-person motorbikes sold at department stores any good? TY'all
Not sure but I don't think you can buy and register one here without an FM-2 or and FM-3. Friends here who've bought cars before getting an FM-3 have kept the car and insurance in the previous owner's name until they straighten out their INM junk. This requires a good deal of trust between you and that seller, as in, buy from a friend.
