Looks like, in America, that has to be the "right" to bear arms. Also illustrating a good reason not to trust truly important decisions to politicians, the issue arose whether those American Citizens who were on the "no fly" list should, perhaps, also be barred from buying weapons?? No, said Lindsey Graham, the Second Amendment right to bear arms is inviolate.
