Have you looked at all of it or are you kidding? It would cost thousands of dollars to translate all of that information--and several weeks. We are volunteers here. I translate newspaper articles or short texts but I have no intention of tackling this document. Anyone else? Most of the pictures, graphs and numbers are understandable.

It seems the official "pre-bases" for the bidding process have been removed because they already have the companies. Five company representatives have been touring the beaches in Playa and Cozumel that are to be rebuilt and today will visit the Cancun beaches. There will then be a meeting to ask and answer questions before the 5 companies either drop out or prepare their bids.
