Fri oct 3 Octoberbreast 2014 definitely topped 2013. Amazing trip with amazing people. The disclaimers... I write detailed day by day trip reports. I tend to be long winded and write them over a week or so. Apologies in advance for those that like the short succinct trip advisor style. I do try to add tips wherever possible, however, with this being my 4th or 5th of these I may not simply repeat tips I have added before. I will provide links to the old reports. I usually add a bunch of pics as I go but there will be less of those this time as I just didn't feel like taking many this trip and I was scolded in the Octoberbreast thread for posting some too risqué, so I promised to tone it down a little. Background on us... I think a little background about the trip taker always helps put the likes/dislikes in the right context. After all if I say the music was horrible bc it was a rock band and we like EDM but u like rock then maybe it wouldn't be horrible to you We first visited TTR in feb 2010. We had 2 little ones at the time (3 now) and wanted an adults only break. I figure everyone goes thru cycles in their lives and we are big beach people so until that point our vacations were more about relaxation and being pampered. For our 2010 vacation we wanted to party like rock stars and pretend we were 25 again. Well TTR was the perfect place and now we have been back several times since. I would say for years we were in that 'swayer' category meaning we are all about the party first and having fun and if something happens within the party that just feels right then great. If not then we sure had a great time. And as always there are limits that usually get established on the plane ride down (lol, I always enjoy the looks from the person sitting next to us on the plane). At home we were 100% vanilla. Then last October 2013 trip we had so much fun that we decided why wait for the semi-annual vacation and have tried to bring that TTR party home in 2014. It has been a good year Still all about the party and having fun first and then we go from there. That philosophy seems to work well for us. Background on Octoberbreast. This year it ranged from around oct 2-11 but we were at ttr from oct 3-7 and then pearl oct 7-11. In 2013 a bunch of us in early spring started chatting on CCC about how we want to plan an October trip that was not around Halloween as many have family responsibilities at home then. The negative about October and really the rest of the fall is it is the slow season and typically that effects the strength of the party with CCC people spread out more. Our logic was let's pick a week that works for many and plan together and create a great fall party week. We tried really hard to be all-inclusive as I am sure many of you have witnessed it is a fine line between having a fun group and being clicky. Many of us love the diversity of ttr and want to embrace that. So I would say for Octoberbreast 2013 we had a group of maybe 25-30 and turned it into an amazing party week where others from outside CCC joined the fun and then signed up for CCC. Many of us shared the stories of our fun on CCC when we returned and the group pretty much tripled in size for 2014. We love Octoberbreast foremost due to the people but also both years now it was hot and sunny almost every day, plus the prices are cheaper due to the off season, the sun stays strong late as it is before the time change and you don't have to get up as early for chairs or wait for the prime restaurants as much as the resort isn't as crowded as other times of the year. Why we choose Temptation this trip... As many know from our last trip report Desire Pearl has replaced Temptation as our favorite. See our May trip report which compares the two for the specific reasons (please don't hate, just our opinion, we totally get why others would have the opposite opinion). However, we split our trip 50/50 this time because 1) the people of Octoberbreast are just so damn nice and so much fun. We couldn't bare to not see them again and party together and 2) the #1 advantage ttr has over pearl is the party is just way more hard core at ttr. Much later at night and much more of a pool party. Now we are good at making our own party and we did so at Pearl but it does take some effort. So if the spring break style party is more your thing then ttr is probably better for you. In the Pearl section of the report I will get into the reasons some may like Pearl better. We booked the hotel portion of this trip via cheaptickets.com. In the past we have used alpharooms, Expedia, skyauction but lately cheaptickets seems to have the best deals. Sign up for email notifications of deals and they will email u coupon codes every week. They rotate between 15%, 18% and 20% off their rates which are already lower than ttr's. We paid $133 a night TOTAL for our October trip. Not each, total. Plus they have a 100% refund policy up until about 5 days prior to your departure. Southwest Airlines has started flying to Cancun so we took them down thru Atlanta. $130 each one way. Amazing deal. Love southwest. Only problem was we hit storms in Atlanta and instead of arriving at 10:30 we got in at about noon. Well worth the cost savings over our other option usair which was $400 each one way. We used USA Transfers again. Highly recommend them for several reasons. 1) we like to give back to this site so we book thru the link on here so Steve gets a tiny bit commission 2) they r extremely reliable. Always been there even when flight was late 3) 90% of the time the car arrives within 10 mins. Our last trip we had to wait about 30 but this time it was maybe 5? Note: I jotted down some trip notes on the flight home but some of this is from memory a month later. I have a pretty good recall but Octoberbreasters if I get anything wrong or miss something then feel free to add/correct. I am not the sensitive type (except when you touch my_____ oops edited, have to stay pg ) We arrived right about the same time as the mayor of octoberbreast Darin (here is a pic of him and Brent spoonin naked on the Boobs Cruise for the 2nd year in a row EDIT: sorry to those who missed it. Steve requested I remove it due to decency rules) and his beautiful wife Melissa, queen of the party, and mike/Mel, who were new additions to the octoberbreast party. And great additions they turned out to be. Something great about walking in the door and running right into old friends from trips past and new friends you chatted with in advance on CCC. Staff recognized me, knew I had arranged for an upgrade to a Temptation suite for $75 a night in advance thru some contacts I have and proceeded to try to talk me out of doing the upgrade. A little annoying but hey I didn't budge. I knew I got a good deal and didn't want a jacuzzi room instead. For those of you confused about the differences... I will add pics later but the jacuzzi rooms surround the quiet pool on the lower level. The jacuzzi is on the balcony with 80% having shades that pull down for privacy. The inside part is pretty much like every other room. The advantages being the jacuzzi, although small, and the quiet of the quiet pool area but I would try to avoid one near the corner of nice shoes as that are can be noisy. The temptation suites have the jacuzzi inside in the bathroom with a rain shower into the tub, are larger rooms with a seating area, have larger balconies and are on the end of the horseshoe around the quiet pool overlooking the ocean, so full ocean view. Best ocean views at the resort. We always ask to see the room first. Don't be shy. They are happy to do it. There is a signifantly large variance in room condition, type, location so it is worth taking 15 mins to do so. We always tip the bell boy well for doing so of course. At check in they provided cold beers as usual. Always a nice touch. And for the first time the time share people didn't even say hello. It was nice to not have to deal but those not familiar a firm no thank you not interested usually works. Don't say maybe later as they will call and hound you for the rest of the trip. Weather was gorgeous and sexy pool was hopping. A good portion of the group had arrived and we joined them in the 'fun holes' (name stolen from Jeff of capnmorgan). Refuse to call them hot tubs of course as they are not any different temperature wise than the rest of the pool. And let's be honest, they are holes in the pool where a lot of the fun happens. Octoberbreast is really good at the day time party. The group goes really hard with AIWC, shots, luge shots, beer pong, various social drinking activities, etc. I think this results in us probably not the group that makes it latest into the night overall but Jen and I can typically do both. And this year some week 8'ers and June junkies joined the group who were more late night partiers. It worked out great for us. Party hard with our repeat Octoberbreasters during the day, crazyness with all during the typical patty o hours 9-2am and party late night with the week 8ers, June junkies and randoms we met here and there. Such a fun place. I think that is why it took me so wrong to write this report, makes me sad thinking we have to wait so long to do it again . Anyway typical sexy pool day. Followed by husband/wife time in the room followed by dinner at Italian and more husband/wife time in the room (can u blame me? Check out the white night Jen dress pic ha, it was difficult to get out of the room) and then white night with a twist, the group did sexy beads. As for dinner we never make reservations. Hate having to plan in advance on vacation. Note: no reservations for dinner required at pearl. So we usually just show up and tip $10-$20 and get a table. Worked again this time for Italian. We dislike buffets so it is worth it to us. Always like the beef carpaccio and lasagna at Italian. Italian is our favorite but keeping it real...one of the reasons we ventured off to try pearl is the general food quality at ttr. To each their own but not the quality we prefer on vacation. And yes we agree. You don't go to ttr for the food The night before we went to bed at 2am and got up at 3am for an early flight but powered thru this evening without a nap. We have 3 little ones at home so we really try to maximize our party time. Fit in a cocktail at the quiet pool bar too. Love to stop there and take a step back and assess how the day was and where we want it to go. Nice pre-dinner drink spot. We were a little out of our mind by patty o time but hey I can't think of a better place to be hallucinating. The white night twist with beads was a hit. Some creative beads for sure. We had Octoberbreast 2014 beads made up, a bead penis that actually squirted, flashing bead boobies/vajayjay/penis, squeaking boob beads and so on. It was a great way for Octoberbreasters new and old to meet each other and break the ice. It was also fun meeting randoms who wanted to know why I had flashing boobs around my neck. Another eye opener was how many random ladies wanted my penis to squirt in their mouth. I mean I worked out hard before this trip but never expected so much love so quickly. Thankfully it didn't take me long to figure out if I stick the penis in my pants (hopefully everyone is still following along that we are talking about the squirting bead penis ) and had it peak out the fly then the ladies got even more friendly. Every once in a while there may of been a switcheroo but most were no more the wiser (I kid, I kid, maybe, pg site u know). I also enjoyed all the attention Jen got too from the ladies with her boobs that squeaked. Things get a little blurry at about 2ish (after all we were up 26 hours straight) but I do recall great times late night getting to know the week 8 ers (capnmorgan, hot2trot, Rnj) with their fireball, hanging out w Steve and Janet who joined octoberbreast for the night (the sambucca was a big mistake though) and chilling with the June junkies on the side couches (sparkie and crazy). All great people and I am sure I am missing many. Both Jen and my favorite part about ttr is all the interesting, unique personalities you come across. We could of sat there all night and just listened to the stories. It didn't hurt that security for some reason didn't mind that some of the ladies went topless or let the skirts ride up a little late night at pattyo's. In all past trips they would ask them to cover up. Go figure. I remember thinking I can't believe it is only 2:30am for several hours. Watch broke at 2:30. Didn't figure it out until 5:30am when the sky started to lighten. Oops. 26 hrs straight was enough. Called it with a little husband/wife fun in the room. Day 1 of Octoberbreast was definitely a hit.

What a great day!! The alcohol was flowing sooooo easy which made for a fantastic fun night which led to early morning hours. I barely remember my Paty-O burger! My pics revealed that Curtis must not have gotten the memo that it was white night......it was pink night for him! LOL
Ha yes. Never sure what people want left out of the trip report. But since you brought it up yes sparkie in pink boy shorts and boa was definitely a key part of the fri night entertainment. I also left out other parts of the entertainment on those side couches. The ladies sure turned the heat up that night.
Holy delayed trip report, Kyle! But better late than never. As it has snowed continuously and been in the 20's here for a week, I'm happy to spend a few minutes recalling great memories of our best TTR trip so far. I still cannot believe neither of you had ever had fireball till I stole your virginity. Shameful!
