We're planning to run cruises on the following dates in October 2015. Other November dates will be announced at the end of September. Monday 5th October - deposits open here Thursday 8th October - deposits open here Sunday 11th October - deposits open here Friday 16th October - deposits open here Wednesday 21st October - deposits open here Monday 26th October - deposits open here Friday 30th October - deposits open here (Deposit opening dates subject to change) Each cruise will open up for deposits one month before. We always aim to open at 1pm Cancun time. Each time a cruise opens a sign up thread will be posted and I'll link to it from here and from the relevant monthly roll call. Each cruise will need 25 deposits paid to reach confirmed status, and the maximum for each cruise is 95. If we don't reach confirmed status one week before the proposed date, then all deposits are refunded and the cruise is cancelled. Rationale for chosen dates: October has a few large groups going, especially Octoberbreast (approx 100) and the Halloween crowd (approx 150). The middle of the month is a fair bit quieter (approx 30-55) so we wont run so frequently during that time. For Halloween we'll be running a cruise either side of the 31st to ensure we have sufficient capacity. I assess the numbers from the roll calls and various other threads and they don't take account of: - people who didn't add their dates to the roll call - new people who join between now and the cruise date - people who want to do more than one cruise - couples who are also bringing friends (have been counted as two) - folks staying at other hotels in Cancun - people who predominantly hang out at the Cancuncare/TTR Facebook group - people who book via our cancunboobsruise.com website - email requests from people who don't publicly post anywhere. So, it follows that my figures are probably a large underestimate of the actual number of people who will be in Cancun that have a connection with cancuncare in one way or another. Lets see how interest in the dates above go, we may have to make tweaks as time progresses depending on interest and feedback.
