I know there have been a lot of posts asking about Norma and Damion. I was at TTR this past week and as I was packing my bags on Saturday night, I realized that I had not taken the time to seek out Norma and see how she was doing, I figured that was just going to have to wait until my next trip. As I was getting ready to check out Sunday morning, who do I run into? - Norma of course. She is now part of the concierge staff and she says she loves her new job. I asked about Damion - he is, as we have heard, working directly for the De La Pena family (the family that owns TTR). He will occasionally be spending some time at TTR, but Norma reported it had been about two weeks since he was last there. She told me he too loves his new job. It was good to see her and good to know that she and Damion are doing well. We of course will miss them.
