Hello from Canada! I've never been to Cancun but 2 of my friends recently told me they're going there for the next spring break and I want to go badly! My friends are going to Grand Oasis but apparently the best "party hotel" is Oasis Cancun? I read that both hotels share a few restaurants and stuff like that, I was wondering if anyone knows more about this. Is it possible to go party with the Oasis Cancun people in case Grand Oasis turns out to be boring? How about getting drinks at Oasis if you're staying at the Grand Oasis? Oh and also I was wondering when you guys actually make the reservations... I need time to find a 4th person that wants to come with us
It's the same hotel property. Grand is a small section of Oasis. People with Grand room get a black wristband with access to the entire property. People with regular Oasis room get a purple wristband with access to most of the property (ie except Grand section). Grand has better restaurant choices but with a black wristband, you can still eat at crappy regular Oasis restaurants if you really want to.
