I am having a hard time to have any one answer a phone to make a payment or to make a new reservation. Does anyone know a way how to get hold of the reservation dept.
Call at 9:00 am Cancun time. At first, it says that it's not open yet, but after multiple attempts, I was able to talk to someone without being put on hold. Long story short, be the first one to call
