Checked in Sunday night, got the page saying what our check in number is but no email. It said to contact the webmaster if I hadn't received the email within a few minutes, so I did that. The next day finally heard back from him and after a couple emails they sent my check in from March 2016. ugh. Now they won't respond to me at all. I have contacted the webmaster through the link provided on TTR's site, through his gmail account, and contacted the front desk all with no replies. Has anyone had this problem before, or any ideas? I'm just trying to make sure there are no screw ups when we arrive. Thank you
Who did you book your reservation through? If it was the hotel or another major travel site, you should be fine. Maybe if you booked through some weird unknown 3rd party and you are questioning your reservation, then you might have a small concern. The express check-in doesn't actually do shit. Literally it's pointless. So if you are experiencing technical problems with that, I wouldn't stress. As far as hearing back from the front desk...I wouldn't expect a quick reply from them either.
We went through bookit.com, and it's our first time ever using them. That's why I'm being a little paranoid.
Book-it is basically an app ,, check to see who actually made the reservation , it should be on your invoice. Trivago , hotels .com,, ect are all the same , they re-direct you to other company and take commission . For Example I booked with west jet , but my invoice says Tourago tours
