If we remember correctly, the resort put on one or two night time pool parties. It was talked about in here and on Facebook. Do these still go on? If so, what night is it, or is it random?
I was wondering the same thing. That sucks if it was a one time deal with the dead of summer quickly approaching. There are so many opportunities with a night time pool party with activities, shows, ect..ect... Hopefully they revisit that idea and figure out a way to have a Bash style party, only involving the pool.
The week that was supposed to be Pride Week is now “Temptation Summer Fest” and they are advertising “night” pool parties (plural). We will see but we are only there Monday if that week so doubtful.
Its a shame they gave up on that idea so quickly--It sounded as if a lack of participation was the main reasoning behind scrapping it. Of course starting the idea at the tail end of winter could of had a big part in the lack of interest. Wish they would have kept it up into the summer months when Bash can become unbearably hot; its a good time for a nighttime pool party and the interest would have likely been much higher.
I completely AGREE! The summer months are so warm (even in the evening) that a NIGHT TIME POOL party would be much better received now! I also hope they give it a try again in June!
We were there the only night they did the poolside party. It was white night. We have fun, but it didn't have a huge party vibe. It was more of a happy hour cocktail vibe. Down by the pool they don't have the high tech lighting. We still had a lot of fun, because that is what we do! I would be fine with them trying again.
