What are some of the funniest nicknames you been called at TTR, or heard someone being called. Me last year being called 2Tall. Im 6"1, but the guy calling me 2tall was 6"7.:lighting1::drunk:
All of the bar staff at Paty'O's kept calling me "Alex". After a few days I asked them why they were calling me that and they said I looked like Alex, one of the DJ's. They grabbed me later so I could meet him and there was a slight similarity (as much similarity as a long-haired, tall pasty dude can have to a long-haired, short Mexican dude!). After that it spread like a damn virus until all of the Paty'O bar staff and the sexy pool staff were shouting "Hey, Alex!" every time they spotted me! On the plus side, I always got served really quickly! I guess it helps to be on first-name terms with the staff...even if it isn't your first name!:icon_smile:
This past June we met some great people and my wife and few of the people in the group got on subject of Bukkake. Well needless to say her nic name became Bukkake! Nothing like walking to the pool in the morning and everyone yelling good morning Bukkake!!! lol
Last time we went, everyone started calling me the Mexican Cowboy, but after while they shortened it to Cowboy or Tex. My wife got nicknamed JHook one year, but that's another story!! :bootyshake:
Oh man. That is hilarious. I bet part of the pool would look at your wife with a disgusted look and part (probably most) of the pool would be smiling and would not stop staring her down all day I always find nicknames interesting. I have some in the category I cant stand and some I dont mind. For example, a college friend called me nipple head saying my head looked like a nipple (I guess due to lack of hair and head shape? still dont understand). Dont like that one. And I once went to Temptations with one of those friends (wife had to cancel) where he nicely shared that with the group. Not fun when people yell nipple when you walk up to the sexy pool, then everyone looks and is naturally disappointed to see you instead of a nice nipple. Also, I get called Cal a lot (look like cal ripken) and sometimes people just find it easier to remember cal than kyle. dont mind that one.
Chino's started calling me "whitey (spelling?)" two years ago. Not because I'm pasty white, but because my eye brows get bleached out in the sun and turn white. It stuck very quickly, so everyone called me whitey the rest of the trip.
That's great- We used to have a friend named Too Tall, he was 6'7". Well our nicknames are "Hooker". My husband called me a Hooker one day many years ago. No related reference I assure you. It works, at TTR, we had friends that showed up at the Sexy Pool, couldn't find us, but hollared out Hooker and then found us. Bob says I'm expensive. lol. From there, he is also called "Hooker". :xyxthumbs:
Omar and Chinos gave me (Aaron) the nickname Shaelo, they said I looked like my wife's brother that used to be a stripper in Vegas. Needless to say the name stuck and had people at the end of the cruise asking what my name really was.
