John, are you using any real estate agents to let it for you? Our locals readership is not huge and 20,000 a month is out of many folks range. We recently moved to another rented place and the guy that we dealt with was great. I could pass on details if you like.
We are using a local realtor. My sister in law and traditionally she has rented it very fast. Just seems an odd time of year.
