which one would you think is better to stay at on spring break? i know the oasis is crazy but is there lots of spring breakers at krystal too? i have been to cancun before on my parents dime and stayed at the riu and such but im taking a friend this year that has never been before and we are both wondering which of these two hotels will be better for us to stay in?
if you're going to Cancun to party 24/7 then the Oasis is the spot to be....if you don't mind getting in some sleep at a nicer hotel, in a nicer spot, the Krystal is the place. I've stayed at both, and I would stay at the Krystal 100 times before staying at the Oasis again. Yes, its a party hotel, but thats all it has to offer. The Krystal, to me, is alot better because its literally right next to all the clubs and bars, and its so much nicer. There ARE spring breakers there too, so it still has a party atmosphere
im so torn between the two. we do want to party alot i just hate that oasis is so far from the clubs. how long will it take to get to the clubs on the buses? i feel like i should try out the oasis cuz its "the place to be" but the krystal is in such a better location
you go to cancun on spring break to party..... so you should stay at the party hotel..... the bus rides do not take long at all and during the night the bus rides are fun as hell with everyone singing and chanting.
Yeah, once you're drunk, either on the way there or back, the busses are VERY fun...they are a good distance away from the clubs, but the people on it make it worth it
you could stay at the NH without an all inclusive stay and buy day passes for oasis and party all day there... then just go back to your hotel change clothes and go to the clubs... and when you stumble out of the club you just walk back to your hotel... that sounded so good... i might even be doing that hahahaha
Fletch does have a point about location, but it's literally a 24/7 party at the oasis.. and the drunk busses on the way home are (in my opinion) a big part of the Cancun thing..
Nh Krystal id take 10 times outta 10. I have also stayed at both and would much prefer the Krystal. within 100 yds you are in the party zone, it is awesome. it is also cheaper
so i tried talking to my friend about staying at the krystal instead (since the oasis was our original plan) and she's not going for it. sooo it looks like we will be at the oasis march 7th-17th. she's never been to cancun and she says she will probably only go this once (i doubt that, she will end up coming back every year haha) so she wants to go to the party hotel and do it right. so glad i asked about it on here though, now im excited for the buses rather than annoyed!
