I'm sure a thread on here already exists that addresses this but what exactly is the difference between Member's and NON? does it have to do with Timeshare? This will be our first time to Temptation but really honestly have no intention to join any timeshare. And don't want to be pestered the whole time we are there about buying into one. Any thoughts?

They will approach you right after you Check in. They will tell you some sort of bs about them giving you the info about the resort. Just say no thanks and head to the pool.

As long as you let them talk. 90 minutes is somewhat the norm.

Don't do the express check-in online 2 weeks prior to your trip. That is how they get your info and know exactly what time you are arriving. They will wait on you and call you by name!!!!

Same thing we do every time we go on vacation. Generally if we can get through the first day with out getting the sales pitch we're safe.

It's super easy to avoid the sales pitch. After you check in they will sit you down with someone to go over the rules and the map. The info you get is helpful, but then they lead into setting up a "tour" for the next day. This is really the 90 minute timeshare pitch. A few firm "no thanks", and you are on your way. Then you will never get pestered again.

As far as the Member and Non-member difference. There is a premium bar area with additional setting, and a few other menu options at the dinner restaurants for members. On your first few trips you won't even notice you are missing these things.
