Hi everyone, We’re totally new to this and thinking of booking a trip to DRM July 2024. We’ve read a ton of reviews and are excited about our first time. We haven’t found any reviews that talk about threesomes. Our preference is to have FFM experiences. This being a lifestyle hotel does that happen and do some couples play separately? Does this go against lifestyle etiquette? One of the reasons why we’re choosing this resort is because of the no pressure lifestyle etiquette. We love the idea of being involved as much or as little as you want. We want to be respectful of everyone. We also want to know if you don’t dress up for theme nights is that ok and can you still attend? I’m sure we’ll have many more questions. Looking forward to your responses.
Anything can happen. Be kind and communicate and you may find someone with the same interests. FFM isn’t overly common bc it leaves a male partner out. Don’t overthink and just be yourselves and you’ll probably find what you’re looking for. no pressure to dress with theme nights. Men are 50/50. I’d say 80% of women do. If not in theme attire, sexy outfits are typically worn.
Desire is not a "Lifestyle Hotel", that said, there are a lot of Lifestyle folks who go there, but it is not exclusively lifestyle. There are many guests that are not lifestyle who just like the erotic environment with their partner. Others just like to be naked. There are more and more exiles from Temptation who are not lifestyle and want to be sexy but are tired of the new Temptation crowds. The play is probably more couples with couples, but most of that occurs behind closed doors. Honestly the only open three-way play in the public I have seen (three trips only) is one day there was some MMF gong on at a roof top jacuzzi bed. The most prevalent play activity is FF flirting and maybe kissing/light touching. The biggest question is if you couple will be comfortable if your F joins another couple for an interlude? If a person goes to Desire with expectations of FFM, there may me disappointment. Might be best to bring your own extra F during January or August. Temptation may be a better choice since it has a few unattached F of groups of F guests. Theme nights .... ya most participate, but not all, and agree with Indyfun on the proportion.
Agree with mexico24 only to add I’ve seen a lot of parallel play in the hot tub area and playroom. I suggest discussing your boundaries with your partner as those can turn into something you both aren’t comfortable with.
They definitely exist but are considered a unicorn for a reason. My wife is close because she is allowed to do whatever but she isn't into girls. When you are looking for something very specific it can be tough to find. Some crazy stuff goes on around the hot tubs at Desire but for instance... if you were open to fmf involving yourselves and then letting her fmf with the other couple you would have a much better chance. The more open you are the better your chances. Don't be discouraged if you want to be selective with your experiences though. Go for it. You might find a girl with a husband that will be fine with it. My advice would be to have your wife make friends and flirt with a girl she likes and run the request by her. The girls seem to run the show for the most part. It just seems more respectful that way.
