We hit Temptation for the first time on the 15th. This was my second trip to Cancun and the first for Tabitha. We had a trip planned to another resort, already, and added Temptation on to get a few more days in Cancun. This was actually pretty good for us as it gave Tabitha a chance to visit some of the nicer beaches and do some shopping in the flea markets without having a fear that we were missing something. We spent a day at the Westin Hotel and Spa and three more days at the Ocean Spa next door to Temptation. Both of those resorts were pretty dead, especially with all of the activity at Temptation. This board was a huge blessing and a big help in getting us prepared for what to expect. We met so many great people and had a fabulous time. A quick run-down of our visit (with names eliminated to protect the innocent): Wednesday, 6/15 We walked over from the Ocean Spa around 8 AM. We did the early check-in and everything was ready. They even had a room for us. We had a king-sized bed on the north side of the property. The room was well-sized and in good condition. We had some breakfast at the buffet and then sat down at some chairs at the sexy pool. A couple of people from the board immediately found us and we joined them in the pool. Other than a small nap for Tabitha, we never left the pool, sharing more than a few drinks with tons of people from the board. We had lunch and dinner at Margarita's then headed to Nice Shoes for Little Black Dress Night and the Revelation show. Tabitha was pulled on-stage by one of the dancers and loved every second of it. We then ventured to Patty O's for a little bit before turning in. Thursday, 6/16 More of the same from Wednesday. I ended up playing in the beach volleyball tournament on Chino's team. We made it to the finals before getting our asses kicked. We ate at Bellavista that night then headed to Nice Shoes for lingerie Casino Night. That was a blast! We had a great time. Friday, 6/17 We went on Steve's Boobs Cruise. We had a great time snorkeling (even though my wedding band is somewhere at the bottom of the Caribbean), sailing, partying, and shopping at La Isla Mujeres. We stopped for a short swim on the way back, too. The only bad thing (other than losing my ring) was that we were wiped out. We ended up going to dinner at the buffet, heading back to the room, and accidently falling asleep so we missed White Night. Saturday, 6/18 Nothing to report here as our shuttle to the airport picked us up at 9:45, not even giving us a chance for good-byes. Observations: 1. Perhaps it's because June is a little slower from what we hear, but waking up at 6 AM to save pool chairs wasn't necessary, but done anyway. 2. The resort is well-maintained and taken care of. We didn't partake in the beach, other than for volleyball and hammock-swinging, but the sand is soft and white, just like the rest of Cancun. 3. The staff was great! Jose took good care of us at the sexy pool. 4. The food was average. Some was 5-star, some not so much, but we never went hungry. 5. We thought security didn't interfere much and stayed out of the way. We heard it may have been a different story by the pool and beach at night... 6. There were more single guys than we anticipated, but it didn't bother us. 7. The Boobs Cruise was fabulous! It was clear 95% of the group would agree. While we didn't join in on some of the activities on the boat and moreso just relaxed, we had a great time being a part of a great crowd. 8. All of the people we met were great. We met several people from the board, but missed out on several others we were hoping to meet. Everyone was very outgoing and sociable and a joy to be around. We hope we can keep in touch... All in all, our time there was too short. We will definitely be coming back. We just need to work on taking it a little easier during the day to we can hang longer at night! Great TR TnT.. We also missed alot of the late evening activities during our 7 day stay in March, a mix of hot sunny days while drinking pretty steady all day starting after breakfast really took its toll on us and we hit the sack before 11pm most nights except casino night. Next visit we intend to take naps just before supper to get our batteries charged for the late runs. Old age is a bitch..lol! Isku
We where also there 14th through 18th our first time as well, we will be back! I'm sure we probably ran across each other at some point, spent most of our time in the sexy pool. I was wearing a tan fishing hat and the wife well she wasn't wearing much LOL. We expected nice shoes would have been a little nicer place otherwise we really enjoyed it.
Sounds like you had a great time, Most men would find that loosing your wedding ring in Cancun of all places may be a blessing haha just kidding. Great trip report and thanks for sharing.
