Newbie Questions

It's our first time in Cancun, we had a lovely time in Riviera Maya/Playa 3 yrs ago...first time to an all adults place! So we are excited!

Questions:

1. Can we take a city bus from outside the resort to go to the CocoBongo's area? How much? and also, what other places do you guys recommend?

2. What is the standard dress code for the Cancun clubs? Dress to kill? or casual will do?

3. Any tips for Temptation and Cancun?

Yes you can take the bus to CocoBongo's but why take your own bus when TTR has a package that gets you in and includes transportation there and back. As for the price I can't remember what it was.

The dress code is whatever you like. You can dress just as you would if you went to a club at home or you can dress up as wild and sexy as you want. Their moto is "Nobody Knows You and Nobody Cares". Keep in mind that on most nights there are themes that you should look up before going. I would recommend the lingerie night and the anything goes night. There is also theme nights that the CancunCare group does that will not be on the TTR website.

As for tips on TTR. Just enjoy yourselves. Everyone is friendly and making friends is so easy. There is no pressure from anyone.

Go to the Temptation website and click on activities on the upper right corner. Go down to nightly activities and it will bring up what nights are white night, lingerie night, etc

 

Don't assume that you will want to leave the resort to go into town. You might, but you might be having too much fun to want to miss out on anything. Happened to us last year.

 

This is soooo true. This is our third visit and we have YET to go to Coco Bongo's! I'll get there this time...hopefully with the TTR group!

 

Coco Bongo is a blast albeit packed (when we were there in March at least).

The dress code is clubwear with a bunch of middle aged Hawain shirts mixed in (I generally fall in the latter).

We will be at Coco on Sat the 188th.

FYI the city bus is an experience not to miss ...

I had an incident with our group on theb us last year where we realized ... oh wait ... it's cancun rush hour, here we are in bikini tshirts and luchadore masks with beer in our hand ... these guys are on their way home from work ...
